This indemnification obligation survives termination or cancellation of your subscription.

Skip-trace contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, and associated metadata such as DNC flags and line type) included in Pro and Investor tier leads is sourced from BatchData, a third-party data provider. Chapter13Leads does not collect, verify, or originate this contact data directly.

Accuracy is not guaranteed. Contact information obtained from third-party data providers, including BatchData, may be out of date, incomplete, misattributed, or otherwise inaccurate. Phone numbers may be reassigned. Email addresses may be inactive. Names may be associated with the wrong individual at a given address. Chapter13Leads makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any third-party-sourced contact data, and disclaims all liability for errors or omissions in such data.
